The modified cement mortar is prepared from the following components in parts by mass: 200 to 300 parts of modified cement, 200 to 300 parts of gravel, 20 to 30 parts of a water reducing agent and 50 to 100 parts of water. The modified recycled coarse aggregate comprises the following components in parts by mass: 700-800 parts of recycled coarse aggregate and 70-140 parts of a modified epoxy resin adhesive. The recycled coarse aggregate is modified, gaps of the recycled coarse aggregate are filled, the compression resistance of the recycled concrete is improved, and the modified rubber is added into the cement, so that the crack resistance of the recycled concrete is improved.
