The composite solid electrolyte doped with the stannate-based solid electrolyte comprises a stannate solid electrolyte and a zirconate solid electrolyte, the molecular formula of the stannate solid electrolyte is ASn < 1-x > B < x > O < 3-alpha >, and the molecular formula of the zirconate solid electrolyte is MZr < 1-y > N < y > O < 3-alpha >. The prepared mixed solid electrolyte proton conductor material is compact in structure, relatively high in relative density and higher in sintering activity, stannate oxide solid electrolyte which is easy to sinter and stable in chemical performance is used as a sintering aid, and an ASnO3 stannate-based solid electrolyte material which is low in sintering temperature, thermal stability and chemical stability is added; and preparing to obtain the mixed solid electrolyte proton conductor material.
本发明涉及一种掺杂锡酸盐基固体电解质的复合固体电解质及制备方法,属于固体电解质所用的烧结助剂领域。本发明所述的掺杂锡酸盐基固体电解质的复合固体电解质包括锡酸盐固体电解质和锆酸盐固体电解质,所述锡酸盐固体电解质的分子式为ASn1‑xBxO3‑α,所述锆酸盐固体电解质的分子式为MZr1‑yNyO3‑α。本发明制备的混合固体电解质质子导体材料结构致密,相对密度较高,具有更高的烧结活性,将容易烧结且化学性能稳定的锡酸盐氧化物固体电解质作为烧结助剂,加入具有低烧结温度、热稳定性和化学稳定ASnO3锡酸盐基固体电解质材料,制备得到混合固体电解质质子导体材料。
