Multilayer composite ceramic substrate
The invention discloses a multi-layer composite ceramic substrate, which comprises a nitride ceramic core layer, two composite layers and two ceramic coating layers, wherein the two composite layers are respectively formed on two opposite sides of the nitride ceramic core layer; the two ceramic coating layers are respectively formed on the two composite layers; and each ceramic coating layer is coated on the corresponding composite layer and is sintered and fixed with the nitride ceramic core layer together. Each ceramic coating layer and the nitride ceramic core layer are made of different materials (or are respectively made of the same materials with different crystal structures), and the materials of each composite layer comprise the material of the ceramic coating layer and the material of the nitride ceramic which are connected with the composite layer. The sum of the thicknesses of the two ceramic coating layers and the two composite layers is not larger than the thickness of the nitride ceramic core layer. Therefore, according to the multilayer composite ceramic substrate, through a specific layered structure, the multilayer composite ceramic substrate has composite performance, so that the application range of the multilayer composite ceramic substrate is expanded, and more diverse requirements are met.
