Multilayer composite ceramic substrate
The invention discloses a multi-layer composite ceramic substrate which comprises a nitride ceramic core layer and two ceramic coating layers formed on the two opposite sides of the nitride ceramic core layer respectively. The nitride ceramic core layer is an aluminum nitride layer and is formed by sintering sphere-like aluminum nitride powder. And the two ceramic coating layers and the nitride ceramic core layer are sintered and fixed together. And each ceramic coating layer is a modified aluminum nitride layer and is formed by jointly sintering spheroidic aluminum nitride powder and modified powder. The modified powder includes at least one of non-spherical aluminum nitride powder and boron nitride powder. Each ceramic coating layer covers at least 80% of the area of the corresponding ceramic plate face in the thickness direction, and the sum of the thicknesses of the two ceramic coating layers is not larger than the thickness of the nitride ceramic core layer. Therefore, the multi-layer composite ceramic substrate has composite performance through a specific layered structure different from that in the prior art.
