The invention relates to a prefabricated assembly type honeycomb steel reinforced concrete station and a construction method thereof. The existing full-prefabricated large-span column-free arched station structure has the problems of high manufacturing cost, high construction difficulty, poor environmental adaptability and the like. The station comprises a bottom layer plate assembly, a middle layer plate assembly and a top layer plate assembly which are horizontally arranged from bottom to top, and vertical supporting assemblies in the middle and on the two sides. All the components are honeycomb steel reinforced concrete prefabricated components, and each component and the adjacent component are fixedly connected through honeycomb steel exposed at the respective end part in a bolt fixing manner. The honeycomb steel reinforced concrete structure is adopted, the bearing capacity of the subway station is improved, the size of structural components is reduced, the structural safety of the subway station is improved, and the construction cost is saved; in addition, the structural members are all prefabricated members, are transported to the site after standardized production in a factory, and are spliced and installed to complete construction, so that the construction efficiency is improved.
本发明涉及一种预制装配式蜂窝型钢混凝土车站及其施工方法。现有全预制装配式大跨度无柱拱形车站结构存在造价高、施工难度大、环境适应性差等问题。本发明的车站包括自下而上水平布置的底层板组件、中层板组件和顶层板组件,以及中部及两侧的竖向支撑组件;所有组件均为蜂窝型钢混凝土预制构件,每个组件与相邻组件之间通过各自端部外露的蜂窝型钢以螺栓固定方式连接。本发明采用蜂窝型钢混凝土结构,提高了地铁车站的承载能力,缩小了结构构件尺寸,提高了地铁车站结构安全性,节省了建造成本;另外,结构构件均为预制件,在工厂标准化生产后运输至现场,拼接安装完成构建,提高了施工效率。
