The invention provides an underwater pile foundation detection device. The underwater pile foundation detection device comprises a waterproof cover, a spiral track and a detection robot. The waterproof cover covers the outer side of the pile foundation; the spiral track is coaxially mounted in the waterproof cover; the detection robot is installed on the spiral track and can move along the spiral track so as to detect the pile foundation in the waterproof cover. A waterproof cover is arranged on the outer side of the pile foundation in a covering mode, the waterproof cover is lowered to the bottom layer, then the waterproof cover is fixed, and a detection environment close to the zero flow velocity is formed; after the water in the waterproof cover is clear, the detection robot is controlled to move on the spiral track, and the pile foundation in the waterproof cover is subjected to photographing and camera shooting appearance detection through the detection robot; therefore, the detection risk can be reduced; and the interference of the water body on the detection robot is reduced, and the problem that the detection data cannot be effectively extracted due to too high noise points of the acquired image is solved.
