The invention relates to the field of concrete structures, in particular to a fabricated concrete shear wall structure and a construction method thereof.A prefabricated wall body is connected with a base through a UHPC post-pouring connecting section, vertical steel bars are arranged in the prefabricated wall body and the base correspondingly, the vertical steel bars in the prefabricated wall body penetrate into a loading beam, the loading beam and the prefabricated wall body form a whole, and the loading beam and the prefabricated wall body are arranged in the base; reserved hole UHPC prefabricated blocks are symmetrically distributed in the prefabricated wall body, SMA ribs are assembled in the reserved hole UHPC prefabricated blocks, part of vertical steel bars in the prefabricated wall body are divided into two sections by the reserved hole UHPC prefabricated blocks, and the two sections of vertical steel bars are in butt joint with the two ends of the SMA ribs through steel bar connectors respectively. According to the method, through optimal design of all construction parameters, the limit plastic damage area can be transferred to the SMA rib containing area from an original vertical connection joint, the situation that the fabricated shear wall is damaged too early at the joint to exit work is avoided, the fabricated shear wall has the good energy consumption and self-resetting capacity, and therefore the anti-seismic capacity of the fabricated shear wall is improved.
本发明涉及混凝土结构领域,尤其涉及一种装配式混凝土剪力墙结构及其施工方法,其中,预制墙体通过UHPC后浇连接段与底座连接,预制墙体以及底座内均设置有竖向钢筋,预制墙体内的竖向钢筋穿入加载梁,使加载梁与预制墙体形成整体,预制墙体内设置有对称分布的预留孔UHPC预制块,预留孔UHPC预制块内装配有SMA筋,预制墙体内的部分竖向钢筋被预留孔UHPC预制块拆分成两段,且两段竖向钢筋通过钢筋连接器分别与SMA筋两端对接连接。本发明通过各构造参数的优化设计,可以使极限塑性损伤区域由原先的竖向连接节点转移至含SMA筋区域处,避免装配式剪力墙在节点处过早破坏退出工作,也使装配式剪力墙具有较好的耗能及自复位能力,从而提高装配式剪力墙抗震能力。
