Fabricated concrete shear wall manufacturing method
A manufacturing method of a fabricated concrete shear wall comprises the steps that a certain section of shear wall is prefabricated into a shear wall cavity structure in a prefabrication factory, then shear wall cavities are connected through vertical connecting steel bars at a construction site, and concrete is poured into the cavities to form the complete shear wall structure. The shear wall cavity structure is formed by assembling two formwork plates, the formwork plates are one part of a shear wall and also serve as formworks in construction, each formwork plate is produced through a prefabricated platform assembly line, and the shear wall cavity structure is formed after overturning butt welding and adding end reinforcing steel bars. According to the manufacturing method of the fabricated concrete shear wall, the construction efficiency is improved, the construction speed of field installation operation of the shear wall is increased, and the construction quality can be effectively guaranteed.
一种装配式混凝土剪力墙制作方法,在预制工厂内将某段剪力墙预制成一个剪力墙空腔结构,再到施工现场将剪力墙空腔用竖向连接钢筋连接起来,并在空腔内浇筑混凝土而形成完整的剪力墙结构。所述剪力墙空腔结构由两块模壳板组装而成,模壳板既是剪力墙的一部分,同时也作为施工中的模板使用,每块模壳板用预制平台流水线生产,经翻转对焊成再加入端部加强钢筋后形成剪力墙空腔结构。本发明提供了一种提高施工效率、加快剪力墙现场安装作业的施工速度且能有效地保证施工质量的装配式混凝土剪力墙制作方法。
