The invention provides a grouting pipe buffering device of a high-pressure jet grouting pile machine and an installation method of the grouting pipe buffering device. The grouting pipe buffering device comprises a frame body, a buffering frame, a lifting frame, a guide rod, a hoisting lug plate, a stretching sensor, a right-angle plate and a rope head fixing plate. The frame body comprises a frame top plate, a frame bottom plate, a frame front plate and a frame rear plate; the buffer rack is located in an inner cavity of the frame; the two buffering frame guide pipes are arranged left and right along the buffering frame; a cylinder barrel of the nitrogen spring penetrates through the buffer frame bottom plate and then is fixedly mounted with the frame bottom plate; the lifting frames are arranged in a bilateral symmetry mode. The guide rods respectively penetrate through the frame top plate, the buffer frame guide pipes and the frame bottom plate and are locked by bolts; the hoisting lug plate is arranged at the bottom of the hoisting frame, and the lower end is connected with an external grouting pipe; the right-angle plate is fixedly arranged on one side of the frame bottom plate; and the stretching sensor is fixedly arranged on the right-angle plate. The problems of up-and-down dislocation and mutual collision during grouting pipe butt joint are effectively solved, the grouting pipes can be additionally connected and disassembled conveniently, the service life of parts is prolonged, and stability and reliability of foundation reinforcement operation are guaranteed.
本发明提出一种高压旋喷桩机的注浆管缓冲装置及其安装方法，包括框架体、缓冲架、提升架、导向杆、吊装耳板、拉伸传感器、直角板、绳头固定板；框架体包括框架顶板、框架底板、框架前板、框架后板；缓冲架位于框架体内腔；缓架导管沿缓冲架左右设置两个；氮气弹簧的缸筒穿过缓架底板后与框架底板固装；提升架以左右对称方式设置；导向杆分别穿过框架顶板、缓架导管、及框架底板用插销锁定；吊装耳板设置于提升架的底部，其下端连接外部注浆管；直角板固装于框架底板一侧；拉伸传感器固装于直角板上。本发明有效解决注浆管对接时出现上下错位、互相撞击的问题，方便注浆管的加接和拆卸，提高部件的使用寿命，保证地基加固作业的稳定可靠。
