A straight line (L2) connecting a boom mount (10a) and a boom apex (10b) of a deflection curve (C) is acquired, an angle (alpha) formed by the straight line (L1) and the straight line (L2) is acquired, an angle (beta) formed by the straight line (L1) and a tangent line of the deflection curve (C) is acquired, and a position on the deflection curve (C) at which the angle (beta) and the angle (alpha) are equal is determined as a reference position (P6 '). The attachment position (P10) of the boom angle sensor (41) on the boom (10) is determined on the basis of position information in the longitudinal direction of the boom (10) among the position information of the reference position (P6 ').
