The invention discloses a composite nano aerogel insulation board and a preparation method thereof, and relates to the technical field of building insulation boards, the inner layer of a board body comprises a nano aerogel felt, and the nano aerogel felt is wrapped and sewn by a cloth layer; the insulation board is prepared by laying a siliceous material, a reinforcing material and a nano aerogel felt wrapped with a cloth layer in a special mold in a layered manner according to requirements, and carrying out hot press molding. The nano aerogel felt is pretreated, dispersed protrusions and particle falling of the nano aerogel felt are avoided, the tensile strength and the bending resistance of the inner layer of the plate body are enhanced, meanwhile, the heat preservation effect is effectively guaranteed, and the reinforcing material is embedded into the inner layer of the plate body, so that the overall strength of the plate body is further improved. The invention also discloses a preparation method of the composite nano aerogel insulation board, which adopts a high-temperature hot press molding process, and has the advantages of simple flow, low cost, no pollution, energy conservation and emission reduction.
本发明公开了一种复合型纳米气凝胶保温板及其制备方法,涉及建筑保温板技术领域,板体内层包括纳米气凝胶毡,纳米气凝胶毡经布料层包裹缝制,该保温板是将硅质材料、加固材料与包裹有布料层的纳米气凝胶毡按要求分层平铺于专用模具内,热压成型制得。将纳米气凝胶毡进行预处理,避免了纳米气凝胶毡的分散凸起与颗粒脱落,增强了板体内层的抗拉强度,抗弯折能力,同时有效保证了保温效果,而在板体内层嵌入加固材料,使得板体的整体强度进一步提高。本发明还公开的一种复合型纳米气凝胶保温板的制备方法,采用高温热压成型工艺,流程简单,成本低,且无污染,节能减排。
