The electromagnetic shielding type conductive flexible stone-like facing patch comprises aggregate, a component A and a component B, the component A comprises water-soluble polyvinyl alcohol, a water-soluble aniline derivative monomer, hydrochloric acid, an initiator, methacrylic acid, styrene, methyl methacrylate, 2-ethylhexyl acrylate, 2-ethylhexyl amino acrylate, acetoacetoxy ethyl methacrylate, monobutyl itaconate, an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer and deionized water; the component B comprises zinc acetate, ammonia water, a conductive composite material, water-soluble polyvinyl alcohol and deionized water, and the conductive composite material is prepared by mixing graphene and carbon nanotubes in a weight ratio of 1: (0.5-2.5) and sequentially performing carboxylation modification and amination modification. The electromagnetic shielding type conductive flexible stone-like facing patch provided by the invention has conductivity and electromagnetic shielding functions, and can be used as a building wall decoration material in the fields of medical treatment, industry, airports, military facilities, aerospace and the like.
本发明提出一种电磁屏蔽型导电柔性仿石饰面贴片及其制备方法,包括骨料、组分A和组分B,组分A包括水溶性聚乙烯醇、水溶性苯胺衍生物单体、盐酸、引发剂、甲基丙烯酸、苯乙烯、甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸异辛酯、氨基丙烯酸异辛酯、乙酰乙酸基甲基丙烯酸乙酯、衣康酸单丁酯、乙烯‑醋酸乙烯共聚物和去离子水;组分B包括醋酸锌、氨水、导电复合材料、水溶性聚乙烯醇和去离子水,导电复合材料由重量比1:(0.5‑2.5)的石墨烯与碳纳米管混合并依序进行羧基化改性和氨基化改性而成。本发明提出的电磁屏蔽型导电柔性仿石饰面贴片具有导电性及电磁屏蔽功能,可作为医疗、工业、机场、军事设施、航空航天等领域的建筑物墙面装饰材料。
