The invention discloses durable concrete and a preparation method thereof. The durable concrete comprises the following components in parts by weight: 190-240 parts of cement; 820 to 840 parts of broken stone; 650 to 700 parts of machine-made sand; 140 to 150 parts of water; 10 to 15 parts of fly ash; 0.5 to 0.8 part of a water reducing agent; and 3-9 parts of a lithium carbonate modified organic silicon emulsion. The lithium carbonate modified organic silicon emulsion is matched with other components, so that the concrete has high durability (impermeability and chloride ion permeability resistance).
