Method for recycling solid waste slag
The invention provides a method for recycling solid waste slag, and belongs to the technical field of solid waste treatment. The preparation process comprises the following steps: modifying the basalt fiber; preparing a cementing material; recycling and pretreating the solid waste slag; and recycling the solid waste slag. After the solid waste slag is pretreated, 75% of the pretreated solid waste slag is adopted; 21% of a cementing material; 2% of gypsum; 0.1% of a gas forming material; according to the present invention, the AAC plate is prepared by using the solid waste slag, such that the waste recycling is achieved, the requirement on the natural raw material is reduced, the resource exploitation pressure is reduced, the occupation and the pollution of the solid waste slag on the environment are reduced, and the idea of sustainable development and green building material is met; the method is of great significance in promoting environment-friendly transformation of the building industry.
本发明提供一种固体废弃炉渣回收再利用的方法,属于固体废弃物处理技术领域;其制备工艺包括以下步骤:玄武岩纤维的改性;胶凝材料的制备;固体废弃炉渣的回收预处理;固体废弃炉渣的再利用。本发明对固体废弃炉渣进行预处理后,采用预处理后的固体废弃炉渣75%;胶凝材料21%;石膏2%;发气材料0.1%;外加剂0.02%的配方进行AAC板的制备,利用固体废弃炉渣制备AAC板,实现了废弃物的再利用,减少了对天然原材料的需求,降低了资源开采压力,减少了固体废弃炉渣对环境的占用和污染,符合可持续发展和绿色建材的理念,对于推动建筑行业的环保转型具有重要意义。
