The method comprises the following steps that a to-be-dismantled support structure and a to-be-dismantled plate strip structure are segmented; a plurality of supporting frames are arranged at the bottoms of the plate strip structure and the supporting structure; a rope saw penetrates through a first reserved hole channel in the plate and strip structure, and the plate and strip structure is cut in a blocking mode and hoisted to the ground; and after the plate and strip structure is dismantled, the supporting structure is cut in a blocking mode through a rope saw and hoisted to the ground till dismantling is completed. According to the construction method for rapidly dismantling the concrete support and the plate strip, through the preset first reserved hole channel, the step of trepanning is reduced, rapid positioning can be achieved, the working efficiency is improved, through the supporting frame, it can be avoided that in the cutting process, the structure is kept stable, silent cutting is conducted through a rope saw, and the influence on the periphery can be reduced.
