The house building foundation structure comprises a bearing platform, a pile foundation, a plurality of bearing columns and a pile head waterproof structure, and the bearing platform comprises a raft foundation section bearing platform and a pile foundation section bearing platform; the raft foundation section bearing platform comprises a main body section and an extension section; the pile foundation section bearing platform comprises an upper bearing platform and a lower bearing platform which are positioned on the upper side and the lower side of the extension section; the plurality of bearing columns are arranged on the upper surface of the upper bearing platform; the pile foundation comprises a shallow pile and a deep pile, and the shallow pile is located between the deep pile and the main body section. The pile head waterproof structure comprises a cushion layer, a waterproof roll layer, a first waterproof layer and anchoring steel bars, and the cushion layer is provided with a groove; a second waterproof layer is further arranged above the head of the pile foundation, extends out of the edge of the head of the pile foundation and is connected with the first waterproof layer. The weight distribution of the foundation is adjusted, the unbalance effect of the bearing platform when the bearing platform is subjected to lateral force is relieved, and the overall stability of the bearing platform is enhanced by adjusting the layout of the pile foundation. The grooves are formed in the cushion layer, so that the waterproof roll layer is not prone to being separated from the side wall of the pile head, sealing is further enhanced through the first waterproof layer and the second waterproof layer, and water permeation is avoided.
本发明公开了一种非均质地层上的房建地基结构,包括承台、桩基础、若干承重柱及桩头防水结构,承台包括筏板基础段承台和桩基础段承台;筏板基础段承台包括主体段和延伸段,桩基础段承台包括位于延伸段上下两侧的上部承台和下部承台;若干承重柱设在上部承台的上表面;桩基础包括浅层桩和深层桩,浅层桩位于深层桩和主体段之间。桩头防水结构包括:垫层、防水卷材层、第一防水层、锚固钢筋,垫层设有凹槽;桩基础头部上方还施作有第二防水层,第二防水层延伸出桩基础头部边缘并连接第一防水层。本发明调整基础重量分布,减轻承台在受到侧向力时的不平衡效应,并且通过调整桩基础的布局,增强承台的整体稳定性。通过在垫层上设置凹槽使得防水卷材层不易与桩头的侧壁脱离,又通过第一防水层和第二防水层实现进一步加强密封,避免了水分渗透。
