The invention relates to a foundation structure in house building construction. The foundation structure comprises an original soil layer, a foundation cushion layer, a first bearing layer, a second bearing layer, a main pile system, a secondary pile system and a damping system. The main pile system comprises a main pile, a center column, connecting beams, peripheral columns and cross seats, the multiple connecting beams are evenly distributed on the outer side of a center sleeve, the peripheral columns are arranged at the bottom of each connecting beam, the cross seats are fixed to the bottoms of the peripheral columns, caulking grooves are excavated in the compacted surface of each layer, and the lower half portions of the cross seats are embedded in the caulking grooves in the lower layer; the secondary pile system comprises a secondary pile which penetrates through and is anchored on the foundation body, the damping system comprises a main base, a secondary base and a damping rod, the main base is fixed to the upper portion of the main pile, the secondary base is fixed to the upper portion of the secondary pile, and the damping rod is connected between the main base and the secondary base. The multi-layer main pile anchoring system is pre-buried in the foundation main body, all layers are connected with one another after the main piles are applied, and the overall stability of the foundation main body is improved.
