The invention relates to a prefabricated room module and a steel-concrete combined modular structure system.The prefabricated room module comprises prefabricated wallboards, corner steel columns and fabricated floors which enclose a prefabricated room, and the corner steel columns are arranged at the corners of the prefabricated room module; the prefabricated wall plates comprise wall plate bodies and side steel columns or side embedded parts arranged on the two sides of the wall plate bodies, the prefabricated wall plates are fixedly connected with the corner steel columns through the side steel columns or the side embedded parts, the fabricated floor slabs comprise prefabricated bottom plates and post-arranged layers, the prefabricated bottom plates are arranged at the tops of the module self-stress systems, and the post-arranged layers are arranged on the prefabricated bottom plates. The rear layer is arranged on the prefabricated bottom plate and fixedly connected with the prefabricated wall plate and/or the corner steel column; the steel-concrete combined modular structure system comprises a plurality of connected prefabricated room modules. Only a small number of concrete pouring projects are needed on the construction site, scaffold and construction supporting erection, concrete formwork erecting and reinforcing steel bar binding work are omitted, and on-site interior and exterior decoration projects are greatly reduced.
