The invention relates to a ladder-like grid (10) comprising a plurality of support sections (12) extending in a longitudinal direction and a plurality of sections (14) extending in a transverse direction. The sections extending in the transverse direction extend between the supporting sections extending in the longitudinal direction, and each section extending in the transverse direction comprises a flat sub-section (18) and two connecting sub-sections (20), namely connecting sub-sections at one end of the flat sub-section. Each connecting sub-section is a twisted rectangular strip which extends in the transverse direction from one of the support sections extending in the longitudinal direction to a flat sub-section of the section extending in the transverse direction. The invention also relates to a method for producing a ladder-like grid.
