Multifunctional laser protection aerogel composite material and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to a multifunctional laser protection aerogel composite material and a preparation method thereof. The method comprises the following steps: uniformly dispersing rare earth high-entropy ceramic nanofibers and boron nitride nanosheets in an aqueous solution containing polyoxyethylene and a high-temperature adhesive to obtain a dispersion liquid, and then carrying out pre-freezing, freeze-drying and high-temperature calcination on the dispersion liquid to obtain double-network structure aerogel; sequentially stacking the carbon fiber woven cloth, the aerogel with the double-network structure and the carbon fiber woven cloth, and then sewing the obtained sandwich structure with a carbon fiber sewing line to obtain a sandwich sewing body with a lattice structure; and spraying the high-reflectivity coating component to the surface of the carbon fiber woven cloth on one side of the sandwich sewing body with the lattice structure to form a reflectivity coating, thereby preparing the multifunctional laser protection aerogel composite material. The prepared material has multiple functions of continuous impact resistance, high-strength impact resistance, heat insulation, high reflection and the like, and the engineering application problem of aerogel in the field of laser protection can be effectively solved.
本发明涉及一种多功能激光防护气凝胶复合材料及其制备方法。所述方法包括:将稀土高熵陶瓷纳米纤维和氮化硼纳米片在含有聚氧化乙烯和高温粘接剂的水溶液中分散均匀,得到分散液,然后将分散液进行预冷冻、冷冻干燥和高温煅烧,得到双网络结构气凝胶;将碳纤维编织布、双网络结构气凝胶和碳纤维编织布依次叠放,然后将得到的夹芯结构用碳纤维缝合线进行缝合,得到点阵结构的夹芯缝合体;将高反射率涂层组分喷涂至点阵结构的夹芯缝合体包括的一侧碳纤维编织布的表面形成反射率涂层,制得多功能激光防护气凝胶复合材料。本发明制得的材料兼具抗连续冲击、高强度冲击、隔热和高反射等多种功能,可有效解决气凝胶在激光防护领域的工程化应用难题。
