The semi-mechanical long steel rail laying construction process comprises the steps that a roadbed priority delivery section is determined; a standard steel rail storage area, a sleeper storage area and a railway ballast storage area are built close to the construction site, and steel rails, sleepers and railway ballasts are conveyed to the storage areas respectively; confirming that the performance and the state of the construction mechanical equipment are normal; surveying and setting out, and re-burying the track outward moving pile according to the track center line; the steel rails are conveyed to the roadbed from the standard steel rail storage area and placed; steel rails on the left side and the right side of the roadbed are welded to form long steel rails; the railway ballast is conveyed to a construction site from the railway ballast storage site, and railway ballast paving operation is carried out; the sleepers are transported to a roadbed close to a track line and are scattered on a railway ballast surface; the long steel rails are hoisted into rail bearing grooves of sleepers, and rail laying of the priority delivery section is completed; and track laying operation of the non-delivered section is completed, the non-delivered section and the delivered section are communicated, and a seamless track is formed. The construction flexibility is good, and the operation efficiency is high.
