Comprising rotating wheels, wheel shafts and steel rail supporting seats. The two rotating wheels support the wheel shaft; two steel rail supporting seats are hung below the wheel shaft; supporting legs extending outwards are arranged on the rotating wheels; the steel rail supporting seat comprises a seat body and two steel rail clamping blocks, and the two steel rail clamping blocks are assembled on the seat body in a face-to-face and sliding mode. When the two steel rail clamping blocks are close to each other, a clamping jaw formed by the two steel rail clamping blocks clamps a rail head of a steel rail; when the two steel rail clamping blocks are far away from each other, the rail head of the steel rail is released; a supporting mechanism is connected between the steel rail clamping block and the steel rail supporting base and used for limiting sliding of the steel rail clamping block. Compared with a traditional pushing method, the current situation that a large number of operators need to pull and guide the steel rail through a crowbar at the rail head end is ended, the construction problem that a large number of under-rail rubber mats can be knocked off when the steel rail is pulled and guided forwards is solved, and the construction quality of the pushing method is greatly improved.
