The invention provides a track-laying nail-connecting machine which comprises a track-laying nail-connecting machine rack, and an automatic material placing mechanism and an automatic fastening mechanism are arranged on the outer side surface of the track-laying nail-connecting machine rack; the automatic material placing mechanism comprises two penetrating grooves, two electric sliding tables and four bolt boxes, first fixing frames and first electric threaded rods are arranged on the surfaces of the upper portions of the moving ends of the electric sliding tables, first sliding blocks are slidably connected to the first electric threaded rods, and extension blocks are welded to the surfaces of the two sides of each first sliding block; an electric push rod is mounted on the extension block, and an electromagnetic suction block is mounted at one end of the bottom of an output rod of the electric push rod; according to the rail laying nail connecting machine, the automatic material placing mechanism and the automatic fastening mechanism are arranged on the rack of the rail laying nail connecting machine, programming automatic operation is achieved in the whole process, and therefore the effect of automatically placing bolts is achieved, workers only need to sequentially place the bolts in the placing box into the containing grooves of the bolt box, manpower is saved, and the working efficiency is improved.
