Ballastless track safety inspection method
The invention discloses a ballastless track safety inspection method. The method comprises the steps: step a) exciting stress wave outside a shear rib in a drill hole of a ballastless track to be inspected, and obtaining a time domain vibration signal; step b) subjecting the signal obtained in the step a) to signal conditioning to obtain a time domain waveform signal; step c) subjecting the time domain waveform signal obtained in the step b) to base frequency filtering processing and double-frequency filtering processing respectively, and performing self-power spectrum analysis; step d) calculating the adhesive degree coefficient of the shear rib and a resin adhesive using the data obtained in the step c), and judging whether the ballastless track is safe or not. Compared with the prior art, the method has the following advantages that the defect of the prior art that there is no method for inspecting the adhesive degree of the shear rib and the resin adhesive on the ballastless track base of the high-speed railway is conquered, and the judging result is direct visual and accurate.
