The invention relates to a construction method for integrally lifting, transversely moving and boarding arch ribs, which comprises the following steps of: assembling the arch ribs on the shore by adopting a bracket method, and fixedly connecting two temporary cross beams between arch feet of the two arch ribs; two trestle docks are erected in a river from an arch rib assembling site, two arch rib transport ships are driven into the two docks respectively and are subjected to mooring and positioning, four gantry cranes lift arch ribs to transversely move to trestles, and the arch ribs are lowered and fixed to the ships. The method is not limited by hydrological conditions, and the floating window period of the arch rib can be flexibly selected; when the arch rib is fixed with the support on the ship, the gantry crane always lifts the arch rib, so that the overturning danger caused by inconsistent stress at the two ends of the arch rib can be avoided, and the safety is high; the arch rib boarding speed is high, and the total construction time consumption can be shortened.
本发明涉及一种拱肋整体提吊横移上船施工方法,在岸边采用支架法拼装拱肋,并在两幅拱肋的拱脚间固定连接两个临时横梁;从拱肋拼装场地向河中搭设两个栈桥船坞,两艘拱肋运输船分别驶入两船坞内并系缆定位,4台龙门吊提吊拱肋横移到栈桥上,将拱肋下放并固定到船上。本发明不受水文条件限制,可灵活选择拱肋浮运窗口期;拱肋与船上支座固定时,龙门吊对拱肋始终处于提吊状态,能避免拱肋两端受力不一致导致的倾覆危险,安全性高;拱肋上船速度快,能缩短施工总耗时。
