The prefabricated part connecting joint comprises a left prefabricated part and a right prefabricated part, side face key grooves with opposite groove openings are formed in the adjacent sides of the left prefabricated part and the right prefabricated part, and anchoring steel bars are arranged in the side face key grooves; the prefabricated part connecting joint further comprises U-shaped connecting pieces rotationally connected with the anchoring steel bars, and an annular space is defined by the right end of the left U-shaped connecting piece and the left end of the right U-shaped connecting piece. The prefabricated part connecting joint further comprises a vertical inserting rib which is inserted into the annular space in the vertical direction and connected with the right end of the left side U-shaped connecting piece and the left end of the right side U-shaped connecting piece. A post-pouring concrete body located on the peripheries of the left side U-shaped connecting piece, the right side U-shaped connecting piece, the anchoring steel bars and the vertical joint bars is poured between the left side prefabricated part and the right side prefabricated part. The technical problem that in the prior art, due to the fact that connecting ribs are embedded, the overall size of a prefabricated part is increased, and the prefabricated part is inconvenient to transport and install is solved.
本发明涉及一种基于隐藏旋转式U形连接件的预制构件连接节点,包括左侧预制构件和右侧预制构件,左侧预制构件、右侧预制构件的相邻侧设置有槽口相对的侧面键槽,侧面键槽中设置有锚固钢筋,预制构件连接节点还包括与锚固钢筋转动连接的U形连接件,左侧U形连接件的右端与右侧U形连接件的左端围成环形空间,预制构件连接节点还包括沿上下方向插入所述环形空间并与左侧U形连接件的右端和右侧U形连接件的左端相连的竖向插筋,左侧预制构件、右侧预制构件之间浇筑有位于左侧U形连接件、右侧U形连接件、锚固钢筋和竖向插筋外围的后浇混凝土体。本发明解决了现有技术中预埋连接筋导致预制构件整体尺寸变大而不便于预制构件运输和安装的技术问题。
