The invention discloses a building construction enclosure structure and an operation method thereof.The building construction enclosure structure comprises a main body structure framework, a driving device, an auxiliary device and a telescopic enclosure, the main body structure framework is installed and covers the periphery of a building construction operation layer, and the driving device and the auxiliary device are installed on the main body structure framework; the driving device is in driving connection with the first end of the auxiliary device, the enclosure is fixed to the outer side face of the main structure framework, the upper end of the enclosure is fixedly connected with the top end of the main structure framework, and the lower end of the enclosure and the second end of the auxiliary device are fixedly connected with the bottom end of the main structure framework. The driving device is used for driving the second end of the auxiliary device to ascend and/or descend towards the first end so as to change the distribution and enclosure state of the main body structure framework and adjust the height range of the building construction enclosure structure. By the adoption of the building envelope, manpower and material resources needed for installing the building envelope in the building construction process can be reduced, and the working efficiency of building construction is improved.
