The invention discloses a novel weir building method enclosure structure which is composed of first steel pipe piles, Larsen steel sheet piles, second steel pipe piles, steel enclosing purlins, pull rods and bracket supports. The first steel pipe pile and the Larsen steel sheet pile are assembled and combined into a lock catch structure through the first locking opening and the second locking opening to be arranged on the upstream side. The steel enclosing purlin adopts a double-splicing structure, consists of light channel steel and a stiffening plate, and is arranged above the bracket bracket; the pull rod consists of a finish rolling deformed steel bar pull rod, a steel gasket and a nut; the finish rolling deformed steel bar pull rod penetrates through the first steel pipe pile, the second steel pipe pile and the steel enclosing purlin. The invention also provides a construction method which consists of seven steps. According to the cofferdam, a series of problems that a traditional cofferdam is insufficient in anti-permeability and lateral deformation resistance are effectively solved while the structural rigidity is met, the requirements of modern green engineering development are met, and the cofferdam has great popularization value.
