The steel slag sulphoaluminate cement is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by mass: 10 to 40 parts of steel slag, 50 to 90 parts of sulphoaluminate cement clinker, 7 to 13 parts of phosphorus building gypsum and 10 to 15 parts of limestone powder. The steel slag sulphoaluminate cement prepared by the invention solves the problems that the later strength of the sulphoaluminate cement is reduced and the utilization rate of the steel slag is low.
