The invention provides sulphoaluminate modified carbon steel slag, a preparation method of which comprises the following steps: mixing carbon steel slag and a modifier to form a mixture A; pressing and forming: pressing the mixture into a material cake B; calcining: calcining the material cake B in a high-temperature furnace at 1220-1230 DEG C to form a material cake C; quenching: cooling the material cake C in a high-temperature furnace, taking out the material cake C when the temperature is reduced to 700 DEG C, and quenching the material cake C to room temperature to obtain sulphoaluminate modified carbon steel slag D; and powder preparation: grinding the sulphoaluminate modified carbon steel slag D into fine powder, then adding 5% of dihydrate gypsum as a grinding aid, and carrying out ball milling together with the modified carbon steel slag to obtain the modified carbon steel slag powder. After the modifier is added into the carbon steel slag, the carbon steel slag is mixed with cement mortar, the activity index of a mortar test block is greatly improved, and the activity indexes of 3d and 28d are both close to 100% at most; moreover, during tests, the surface and the test block are good in stability, and can be used as a mixed material to be doped into cement.
本发明提供了一种硫铝酸盐改性碳钢渣,其制备方法包括下述步骤:取碳钢渣和改性剂混合,形成混合料A;压制成型:将混合料压制成料饼B;煅烧:将料饼B置于高温炉中煅烧,在1220℃~1230℃下煅烧,形成料饼C;急冷:将料饼C在高温炉中降温,待温度降至700℃时取出急冷至室温,得到硫铝酸盐改性碳钢渣D;制粉:硫铝酸盐改性碳钢渣D先研磨细粉,然后另加5%的二水石膏作为助磨剂与改性碳钢渣一起球磨,得改性碳钢渣粉。本发明碳钢渣经过加入改性剂后,与水泥胶砂混合,胶砂试块的活性指数有大幅提高,3d、28d活性指数最高都接近100%,而且经测试,试块安定性良好,可以作为混合材掺入中水泥使用。
