The invention discloses a bismuth-calcium niobate-based textured ceramic material and a preparation method thereof.The preparation method comprises the steps that doped bismuth-calcium niobate ceramic powder, doped bismuth-calcium niobate ceramic template crystal grains, a solvent, a dispersing agent, a plasticizer and a binder are mixed to obtain ceramic slurry, the ceramic slurry is subjected to tape casting on a tape casting machine to obtain membranes, the membranes are stacked to obtain a green body, and the green body is dried to obtain the bismuth-calcium niobate-based textured ceramic material. The preparation method comprises the following steps: sequentially carrying out first-time compression molding, glue discharging and second-time compression molding on a green body to obtain a pressed blank, and sintering the pressed blank to obtain the bismuth calcium niobate-based textured ceramic material. During tape casting, through the process of tape casting, drying and re-tape casting, a scraper can be reduced to a very small height (25 microns); therefore, the seed crystals can be arranged in a highly oriented manner, and the texture degree is higher.
本发明公开了一种铌酸铋钙基织构陶瓷材料及其制备方法,将掺杂铌酸铋钙陶瓷粉末、掺杂铌酸铋钙陶瓷模板晶粒,溶剂、分散剂、增塑剂、粘结剂混合获得陶瓷浆料,将陶瓷浆料在流延机上进行流延成型,获得膜片,将膜片堆叠获得生坯,将生坯依次经过第一次压制成型、排胶、第二次压制成型获得压坯,再将压坯烧结即得铌酸铋钙基织构陶瓷材料,本发明的制备方法,在流延成型时,通过流延‑烘干‑再流延的过程,可以将刮刀降低至很小的高度(25μm),从而使籽晶能够高度取向排列,织构度更高。
