The invention discloses a high-lift matrix type gear rack ship lift navigation facility which comprises two identical gear rack ship lift routes which are connected in parallel, and each ship lift route can operate independently. Each ship lift route comprises an upper lock head working door, an upper lock head hoist, a ship chamber, a lower lock head working door and a lower lock head hoist. In the process that any ship lift route is in butt joint with an upstream lock head and a downstream lock head, a gap between ship reception chambers of the two gear rack ship lifts on the same line is pushed out through a U-shaped sealing frame at the end of the ship reception chamber on one side and is tightly attached to a vertical water stopping plane at the end of the ship reception chamber on the other side to be sealed, and ship reception chambers are sealed by opening ship chamber doors at the two ends of the ship reception chambers. The water areas of the two ship chambers are communicated, so that the two ships sequentially enter the water areas of the two ship reception chambers which are arranged in series, and the series lifting operation of the two ship lifters is realized. The large ship passing scale and the high navigation water head can be met, the operation cost is reduced, and the navigation efficiency is improved.
