The joint comprises an H-shaped steel column, a column end short beam, an H-shaped steel beam, a first web cover plate and a second web cover plate. A web of the H-shaped steel column is connected with the column end short beam, a web of the column end short beam is in mortise and tenon joint with a web of the H-shaped steel beam through sawteeth, and the first web cover plate and the second web cover plate are fixed to the mortise and tenon joint position. The upper flange of the column end short beam and the upper flange of the H-shaped steel beam are connected in a sleeved mode through the first flange sliding cover, the lower flange of the column end short beam and the lower flange of the H-shaped steel beam are connected in a sleeved mode through the second flange sliding cover, the deformation capacity of the joint is excellent, and the preparation method is simple.
