Plasma additive manufacturing and high-temperature sintering equipment
The invention relates to plasma additive manufacturing and high-temperature sintering equipment, which belongs to the technical field of additive manufacturing, and comprises a sealed box body, and a sliding assembly, a feeding device, a receiving device and a plasma generator which are arranged in the box body. The sliding assembly provides sliding of a vertical Z axis, a horizontal X axis and a horizontal Y axis for parts installed on the sliding assembly. The feeding device is used for sending out slurry during printing, and a nozzle of the feeding device is installed on the sliding assembly. The receiving device is installed on the sliding assembly, located below the nozzle and used for containing a printed product. A plurality of plasma generators composed of carbon felts and graphite tables are installed on the sliding assembly and used for providing a plasma heat source. According to the equipment, feeding printing and current and voltage of the plasma generator are controlled by a computer. The method is suitable for additive manufacturing and high-temperature sintering, stable and uniform plasma can be provided for printing curing, and the problems that in existing additive manufacturing with plasma as a heat source, temperature distribution is not uniform, and a machining area does not meet the use requirement are solved.
