The invention relates to the technical field of building materials, and discloses a post-tensioned prestressed duct grouting material and a construction method thereof, the post-tensioned prestressed duct grouting material comprises 70-80 parts of cement, 2-3 parts of fly ash, 20-30 parts of calcium powder, 2-3 parts of silica fume, 3-8 parts of a binder, 0.2-0.3 part of a water reducing agent, 0.05-0.1 part of an antifoaming agent, 0.02-0.03 part of an expanding agent, and 0.02-0.03 part of cellulose ether. The binder is obtained by performing addition on hydroxyethyl cellulose, aluminum hydroxide modified acrylic acid, methyl acrylate and corn starch grafted acrylamide, grafting chitosan with 2, 3-epoxypropyl trimethyl ammonium chloride modified polyurethane, and performing blending modification on an intermediate 2 and an intermediate 3; the flowing property and the bonding property of the grouting material can be improved, and meanwhile, the strength of the grouting material is also improved to a certain extent. The grouting material disclosed by the invention has the advantages of excellent flowability, stable slurry, high compressive strength and reliable cohesiveness, ensures stable work between reinforcing steel bars and concrete, does not contain harmful substances and does not damage the reinforcing steel bars and the concrete.
本发明涉及建筑材料技术领域,且公开了一种后张法预应力孔道压浆料及其施工方法,包含:水泥70~80份,粉煤灰2~3份,钙粉20~30份,硅灰2~3份,粘结剂3~8份,减水剂0.2~0.3份,消泡剂0.05~0.1份,膨胀剂0.02~0.03份,纤维素醚0.02~0.03份。粘结剂是羟乙基纤维素、氢氧化铝改性丙烯酸、丙烯酸甲酯,与玉米淀粉接枝丙烯酰胺加成,壳聚糖接枝2,3‑环氧丙基三甲基氯化铵改性聚氨酯,中间体2和3进行共混改性得粘结剂;能提升压浆料的流动性能、粘结性能,同时对于压浆料的强度也有一定的提升。本发明的压浆料具有优异的流动性,浆体稳定,抗压强度高,粘结性可靠,保证钢筋与混凝土之间的工作稳定,不含有有害物质,不会损害钢筋混凝土。
