The grouting material is prepared from the following components in parts by mass: 60 to 70 parts of cement, 10 to 15 parts of slag powder, 2 to 5 parts of silica fume, 16 to 24 parts of a rheological component, 1 to 2 parts of a stabilizing component, 3 to 5 parts of a drying component, 0.01 to 0.03 part of an expanding agent, 0 to 0.02 part of a de-foaming agent and 0.15 to 0.3 part of a water reducing agent. The preparation method comprises the following steps: weighing the cement, the slag powder, the silica fume, the rheological component, the stabilizing component and the drying component, uniformly stirring and mixing, then adding the expanding agent, the defoaming agent and the water reducing agent, and uniformly stirring; the mixing water is weighed according to the water-binder ratio of 0.28, added and rapidly stirred, the grouting material with high homogeneity and low water sensitivity is obtained, good flowing performance can be achieved, bleeding and layering of the grouting material caused by too large water consumption or external water are reduced, the tensile strength of the cement slurry is improved, and the toughness and crack resistance of the slurry are improved.
