本发明一种环保高抗低温碳化混凝土及其制备方法涉及一种新型建筑材料。其目的是为了提供一种能够提高混凝土的强度及稳定性,同时解决钢渣、稻壳灰等工业副产物污染环境,在冬季施工混凝土早期强度发展慢,二氧化碳腐蚀严重等问题的环保高抗低温碳化混凝土及其制备方法。本发明一种环保高抗低温碳化混凝土,以重量份数计,包括磨细钢渣粉100~500份,偏高岭土100~400份,改性稻壳灰10~50份,氢氧化钠10~30份,水玻璃200~250份,普通砂750~900份,石子850~1000份,水10~60份,制备时,将固体成分置于搅拌机中搅拌30s,将水混入到水玻璃中形成混合溶液,再将氢氧化钠加入到混合溶液中并搅拌溶解冷却放置,将放置冷却后的混合溶液倒置搅拌机中,搅拌2min后即可获得成品。
