The invention discloses a ceramic tile with a multi-layer three-dimensional effect. The ceramic tile comprises a ceramic tile blank body, a ground glaze layer, a convex glaze layer, a re-engraved ink layer, a re-engraved surface glaze layer, a pattern layer, a bright ink layer, a positioning dry particle layer and a protective glaze layer which are sequentially stacked, the distribution paths of the convex glaze layer, the re-carved ink layer and the positioning dry particle layer are matched with a design pattern; the convex glaze layer is printed on the ground glaze layer through a silk screen, and the mesh number of a screen printing plate is 30-80. According to the scheme, the convex glaze layer is firstly printed in front of the pattern layer in a silk-screen printing mode, the plane layer with the convex patches or strip-shaped textures is well formed on the surface of the green brick, and then the color patterns are borne, so that the color pattern layer has a three-dimensional effect, and the textures are clearer; and a digital ink-jet printer is used for printing re-engraved ink and re-engraved cover glaze to form groove textures, so that a three-layer concave-convex texture three-dimensional effect is formed on the surface of the green brick, and positioning dry particle layers with different functions are formed in cooperation with double positioning dry particles, so that the decoration effect is further enriched.
本发明公开一种多层次立体效果陶瓷砖,包括依次层叠设置的陶瓷砖坯体、底釉层、凸釉层、复刻墨水层、复刻面釉层、图案层、亮光墨水层、定位干粒层和保护釉层;凸釉层、复刻墨水层和定位干粒层的分布路径与设计图案相匹配;凸釉层采用丝网印刷至底釉层上,网版目数为30~80目。本方案采用丝网印刷的方式在图案层之前先印刷凸釉层,在砖坯表面很好地形成凸起的斑块或条状纹理的平面层,然后再承载颜色图案,从而使颜色图案层具有立体效果,纹理更加清晰;配合数码喷墨机打印复刻墨水和复刻面釉,形成凹槽纹理,使砖坯表面形成三个层次的凹凸纹理立体效果,再配合双重定位干粒所形成不同功能的定位干粒层,进一步丰富装饰效果。
