Integral dismantling method for high-altitude large-span upper cross beam support of bridge tower
The invention relates to an integral dismantling method for a high-altitude large-span upper cross beam support of a bridge tower, and relates to the technical field of bridge construction. The integral dismantling method comprises the following steps that a plurality of steel strands with the same length are cut, and the four steel strands are arranged on four oil cylinders in a one-to-one penetrating mode; the four oil cylinders penetrating through the steel strands are hoisted and installed at the four corners of the top face of the upper cross beam correspondingly; the bottom end of the steel strand penetrates through the upper cross beam to be fixedly connected to the upper cross beam support; a control center and a hydraulic pump station are installed, and the hydraulic pump station is connected with all the oil cylinders through hydraulic oil pipes; the control center is connected with the hydraulic pump station and the oil cylinder through signal lines. The control center controls the steel strands of the four oil cylinders to be tightened synchronously through the hydraulic pump station, and the stress of the upper cross beam is converted from the brackets to the steel strands; the bracket is dismantled; and the control center controls the steel strands of the four oil cylinders to synchronously lower down the whole upper cross beam bracket through the hydraulic pump station. According to the overall dismantling method, the upper cross beam support overall dismantling method is adopted, safety and reliability are achieved, and the construction risk is greatly reduced.
