The invention relates to an integral lowering and dismantling method for an upper cross beam support of a cable bent tower, which is characterized in that four winches are arranged on an upper cross beam top plate, two joists are symmetrically arranged at the bottom of a bracket bearing beam of the upper cross beam support along the bridge direction, and two ends of each joist are respectively connected with steel wire ropes of the two winches; meanwhile, two upper anchoring beams are arranged on a bottom plate of the upper cross beam and right opposite to each joist, two lower anchoring beams are arranged at the bottom of each joist and right opposite to the two upper anchoring beams, and hanging rods are arranged between the upper anchoring beams and the lower anchoring beams in a penetrating mode and anchoring nuts are installed; brackets of supporting brackets on the two tower columns are dismantled, the weight of the support is firstly borne by the suspenders, then the suspenders and anchoring nuts of the upper anchoring beams are gradually loosened, the weight of the support is transited to be borne by steel wire ropes of the winches, finally, the steel wire ropes are synchronously loosened by the four winches, and the support is integrally lowered. The method can ensure that the bracket is stable in attitude in the air after the bracket is removed, and ensures the construction safety.
