The invention relates to the technical field of deepwater foundation construction, and particularly discloses a steel shell concrete cofferdam which comprises a cofferdam body with the section being of an annular structure and forming a concave cavity, a supporting unit located in the concave cavity and used for supporting the cofferdam body, and an annular reinforcing structure located in the annular structure and connected with the cofferdam body. Through cooperation of the annular reinforcing beams and the supporting units, reinforcing of the connecting positions of the supporting units and the cofferdam body is effectively enhanced; through the annular reinforcing structure, the bonding force between the cofferdam body and the underwater concrete poured later can be effectively increased, so that the underwater concrete and the cofferdam body can form a whole; the inner wall or the outer wall and the concrete act together to coordinate deformation, so that the formed structure has good bending resistance and has the advantages of high strength, large contact area and difficulty in deformation.
