The invention discloses a radial cement-soil pile structure system for a shield tunnel. The radial cement-soil pile structure system comprises the shield tunnel and a system body formed by splicing segments constructed through a shield method. The synchronous grouting body and the shield tunnel are synchronously propelled to construct to form an adding body on the outer side of the shield tunnel and connected with the shield tunnel into a whole; the radial cement-soil piles are formed from inside to outside of the shield tunnel by adopting a TJS construction method or an MJS construction method, and the top ends of the radial cement-soil piles are connected with a foundation radial reinforcing body of the synchronous grouting body; and the cushion layer is a foundation circumferential reinforcing body which is positioned at the top of the radial cement soil pile and is connected with the synchronous grouting body into a whole. The invention further discloses a construction method of the radial cement-soil pile structure system of the shield tunnel.
