Rigidity-variable self-resetting damper and working method thereof
The invention relates to a rigidity-variable self-resetting damper. A cavity of an outer sealing cylinder is filled with a damping material; two limiting partition plates are arranged outside the guide rod in a penetrating mode, and the outer edge end faces of the limiting partition plates abut against and are limited by the end face of the inner limiting cylinder. The limiting partition plates sequentially divide the closed barrel into first-order springs on the two sides and a second-order spring in the middle. The end face of the inner limiting cylinder abuts against the limiting partition plate, and application and maintaining of pre-pressure on the second-order spring are achieved. A damping hole for communicating the area where the first-order spring is located with the area where the second-order spring is located is formed in the limiting partition plate; the first-order spring, the second-order spring, the partition plate and the limiting partition plate form a multi-order rigidity self-resetting core; inner cylinders are fixedly arranged on the inner sides of the left sealing end cylinder and the right sealing plate respectively, and fixed baffles are arranged on the outer sides of the inner cylinders and fixedly connected with the guide rods; the first-order spring, the second-order spring, the inner cylinder, the partition plate and the limiting partition plate are only arranged on the outer side of the guide rod in a sleeving mode and can slide relative to the guide rod.
