The invention relates to a window-wall ratio variable push-pull type enclosure structure system which is characterized in that a window opening is formed in an enclosure structure, an outer window is fixedly arranged in the window opening, an outer window energy-saving cross brace is fixedly arranged on the inner side of the middle of the outer window, rails are embedded in the upper portion and the lower portion of the window opening respectively, and a double-rail device is embedded in the outer window energy-saving cross brace; the upper rail in the double-rail device and the rail above the window opening form a pair of rails, and the lower rail in the double-rail device and the rail below the window opening form another pair of rails; a thermal insulation wallboard capable of sliding along the rails is mounted on one pair of rails through a supporting sliding device, and a thermal insulation wallboard capable of sliding along the rails is also mounted on the other pair of rails through a supporting sliding device; all the rails are L-shaped, so that the rails can be pushed inwards when the thermal insulation wallboard is closed in place. The window-wall ratio is adjustable, the comprehensive heat transfer coefficient of the enclosure structure is adjustable, the daylighting area is adjustable, and the control requirement for the indoor photo-thermal environment is met.
