In-use transformer substation protective shed and construction method thereof
According to the specific structure, two rows of first supporting guide rails and second supporting guide rails are installed between sleeves of GIS combined electric appliances, and a plurality of movable ceilings capable of moving are installed between the first supporting guide rails and the second supporting guide rails side by side; and the plurality of movable ceilings can move towards one side or two sides in sequence so as to expose the maintenance space. The building method comprises the steps of surveying and mapping analysis, foundation building, rail and structure support installation, fixed ceiling installation, movable ceiling installation, movable wallboard installation, fixed wallboard installation, power line installation, remote controller configuration, accessory implementation improvement and building completion. By means of the structure and the building method thereof, the protective shed can be built according to the characteristics of an existing outdoor transformer substation, live-line or partial power-off operation is effectively achieved, and meanwhile the problem of overhauling or patrolling of equipment in a narrow space of the protective shed is solved.
本发明公开了一种在用变电站防护棚及其搭建方法,具体结构是在GIS组合电器的套管之间安装两排第一支撑导轨和第二支撑导轨,在所述第一支撑导轨和第二支撑导轨之间并排安装有若干个能够移动的移动顶棚;若干个所述移动顶棚能够依次向一侧移动或依次向两侧移动从而露出检修空间。搭建方法步骤是进行测绘分析、打基础建立柱、安装轨道及结构支撑、安装固定顶棚、安装移动顶棚、安装移动墙板、安装固定墙板、安装电源线、配置遥控器、完善附属实施和完成搭建。以上结构及其搭建方法能够根据现有露天变电站的特点进行防护棚的建造,有效的解决了带电或者部分停电的作业,同时,解决了防护棚狭小空间内设备的检修或者巡视问题。
