The method comprises the steps that radar signals around a vehicle are acquired in real time through a first radar sensor, image information around the vehicle is acquired in real time through image acquisition equipment, and radar signals near a vehicle door are acquired in real time through a second radar sensor; the vehicle surrounding radar signal comprises at least one of a vehicle side front radar signal and a vehicle side rear radar signal; and receiving a vehicle door opening instruction sent by the vehicle door system, generating a vehicle door control instruction based on the vehicle surrounding radar signal, the vehicle surrounding image information and the vehicle door nearby radar signal, and returning the vehicle door control instruction to the vehicle door system to instruct the vehicle door system to perform vehicle door opening control based on the vehicle door control instruction. The method can realize effective obstacle avoidance of the vehicle door.
