The preparation method of the concrete member comprises the following steps: carrying out filter pressing on thickened slurry to obtain slurry with the water content of 10-15%; mixing the filter-pressed first slurry with first cement to prepare granular slurry, and spraying a first spraying agent on the surface of the granular slurry to enable the surface of the granular slurry to be coated with a film; mixing the granular slurry with the surface coated with the film with second cement, then mixing with the second slurry subjected to filter pressing, and then pressing to obtain the concrete member. In addition, the invention further provides the concrete member which is prepared by the preparation method. In addition, the invention also provides the concrete member prepared by the preparation method or application of the concrete member in manufacturing a drainage ditch prefabricated member. 本发明公开一种混凝土构件及其制备方法以及在制作排水沟预制件中的应用，属于建筑材料技术领域。该混凝土构件的制备方法，包括：将浓密后的泥浆压滤得到含水率为10‑15％的泥浆；将压滤后的第一泥浆和第一水泥混合制成颗粒状泥浆，在颗粒状泥浆的表面喷涂第一喷雾剂使得所述颗粒状泥浆的表面覆膜；将表面覆膜后的颗粒状泥浆与第二水泥混合，之后再与压滤后的第二泥浆混合，之后压制得到所述混凝土构件。此外，本发明还提出一种混凝土构件，由上述制备方法制备得到。另外，本发明还提出一种上述制备方法制备得到的混凝土构件或者上述混凝土构件在制作排水沟预制件中的应用。本发明提出的混凝土构件只需要养护2天抗压强度高达35MPa以上。
