The large-volume hydrophobic concrete comprises the following raw materials by weight: 250-350kg/m < 3 > of high-crack-resistance low-heat Portland cement; 50-100 kg/m < 3 > of a cement-based hydrophobic material; 5-20 kg/m < 3 > of rice hull ash; 0.3 to 1.5 kg/m < 3 > of carbon nanotubes; broken stone: 1000-1150kg/m < 3 >; machine-made sand: 700-850 kg/m < 3 >; 0.5-1.5 kg/m < 3 > of a powdery polycarboxylate superplasticizer; and 130-160 kg/m < 3 > of water. The large-volume hydrophobic concrete is prepared from the high-crack-resistance low-heat Portland cement, the cement-based hydrophobic material, the rice hull ash and the carbon nanotubes, so that the dry shrinkage of the concrete can be reduced, the crack resistance of the concrete is improved, and the durability of a tower column structure of a bridge pier and abutment in a plateau region is enhanced.
