The invention provides a modified barium titanate ceramic dielectric material, a preparation method thereof and a ceramic capacitor, and the preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) mixing a barium titanate material and an anti-reducing agent, and then carrying out granulation and tabletting molding to obtain a ceramic green body; and (2) discharging glue from the ceramic green body, and sintering the ceramic green body in a reducing atmosphere to obtain the modified barium titanate ceramic dielectric material, wherein the anti-reducing agent comprises V2O5 and/or Cr2O3. The anti-reducing agent comprising V2O5 and/or Cr2O3 is adopted to modify the barium titanate material, so that reduction of the barium titanate ceramic dielectric material is effectively inhibited, the anti-reduction performance of the barium titanate ceramic dielectric material is improved, and the barium titanate ceramic dielectric material has a wide development prospect. The modified barium titanate ceramic dielectric material prepared based on the preparation method has low dielectric loss and excellent insulating property, and a ceramic capacitor with long service life and high reliability can be prepared.
本发明提供一种改性钛酸钡陶瓷介质材料及其制备方法和陶瓷电容器,所述制备方法包括以下步骤:(1)将钛酸钡材料和抗还原剂混合,然后进行造粒和压片成型,得到陶瓷生坯;(2)对所述陶瓷生坯进行排胶,然后在还原性气氛中对所述陶瓷生坯进行烧结,得到所述改性钛酸钡陶瓷介质材料;其中,抗还原剂包括V2O5和/或Cr2O3。本发明采用包括V2O5和/或Cr2O3的抗还原剂对钛酸钡材料进行改性,有效抑制了钛酸钡陶瓷介质材料的被还原,提升了其抗还原性能,具有广阔的发展前景。基于该制备方法制得的改性钛酸钡陶瓷介质材料具有低介电损耗和优异的绝缘性能,可制备得到长寿命、可靠性强的陶瓷电容器。
