The invention relates to a preparation method of an isostatic pressing fine structure graphite sagger, which comprises the following steps: (1) graphite powder pretreatment: adding a binder into a solvent, adding graphite fine powder while stirring, granulating, drying, carbonizing and shaping to obtain a main body material; (2) mixing a solvent, a binder, an additive and a graphitization accelerant, adding the main body material in the step (1), uniformly mixing, drying and granulating, and carrying out isostatic pressing by adopting an isostatic press; and (3) sintering under the protection of protective gas. The isotropy of the fine-structure graphite material is guaranteed, the overall consistency of the fine structure is guaranteed, the isotropy of the graphite is improved through further mixing granulation, the cracking problem caused by elastic deformation is avoided, the production cost of the fine-structure graphite sagger is reduced, and meanwhile all properties of the fine-structure graphite sagger are improved.
本发明涉及一种等静压细结构石墨匣钵的制备方法,包括以下步骤:(1)石墨粉预处理:向溶剂中加入粘结剂,搅拌下加入石墨细粉,造粒干燥,炭化,定型,得主体材料;(2)取溶剂、粘结剂、添加剂和石墨化促进剂混合,加入步骤(1)中的主体材料,混合均匀,干燥造粒,采用等静压机进行等静压成型;(3)在保护性气体保护下烧结。本发明保证了细结构石墨材料的各向同性,保证了细结构整体一致性,并通过进一步混合造粒提高石墨的各向同性,并避免弹性形变而引起的开裂问题,降低了细结构石墨匣钵的生产成本同时,提高了细结构石墨匣钵的各项性能。
